Hi,

 

Does anyone know if 

1. it is possible to add events that happened in the past with their past date ?

2. is it possible to save all notes into PDF or other text file

3. how can i go/search  to certain date

Hi

 

It's possible to

1. add new notes and change the created date (in the desktop app) to whatever date you prefer.
2. print one or more notes to a PDF file (provided you have a PDF printer installed).
3. search for created:yyyymmdd to get all notes created after a certain day.  Add -created:yyyymmdd to exclude notes after a date.  The interval between can be 1 or more days.

Can u please explain how to export multiple or all notes into PDF or any other text file? is it part of the free version as I could not find any export option, also could not find how to change the date of event.

You're not *exporting* to PDF, but *printing* to PDF. So you select the print option. And as Gaz said, you need to have a PDF printer installed (IE CutePDF, if you're using Windows). (It's helpful to mention what client(s) you're using, when asking for help).
