Numbers disappear and turn into a bulleted list using simplified article

I don't know if this has been posted about much but I keep having an annoying issue when clipping recipes. I like using simplified article as the recipe formats the best for viewing on my other devices, but when I do so all of the quantities for the ingredients disappear and are replaced by bullets. Not sure if this is a known issue and it only came about in the last few months I think.
