Evernote bug/issue

When I put PDF's, word docs or power points into note, open them (in evernote) and then start typing in another note - the [PDF, word doc etc...] disappears. This is really annoying! 

 

I know I could just open it in power point [or word etc...] - is there a way to keep these documents open?

I think Evernote is just using OS X's Quick Look feature and so they don't have much control of it. Once you move your focus to another task in the app then Quick Look closes down.

If you open the Note with the attachment into its own window, then the Preview will stay open while you select a different Note in the main EN Window.  Of course, if you set the attachment to view INLINE, it should remain open.
