How do I import my existing Pcoket (getpocket.com) URLs and tags to evernote?

I have been using Pocket (getpocket.com) for years as my web bookmarking tool. Now I want to use Evernote (Evernote Web Clipper).

 

Is there a way to export my data from pocket, including tags and import them into Evernote? I know I can use IFTTT recipes for any new URL but how do I migrate my old URLs?
