Evernote for iPad won't stop syncing - help please!

I am operating Evernote for iPad on IOS 8.0,2. As soon as I open it the sync process starts and never stops, preventing me from doing anything. I have restarted the iPad, uninstalled the App, re-installed it with no change. Any suggestions?

We'd definitely like to get a log from you, as this sounds like a bug. I would suggest submitting a support ticket, then send me back your ticket # and we'll make sure this gets checked out.

I cannot send an Activity Log. That would require me being able to access 'Help'. The app cannot be accessed because it remains in the sync mode. Please open a Support Ticket for me. Is it possible that the software for the iPad running on 8.0.2 is the issue? The iPhone works fine.

How was this solved? I have the exact same issue. Evernote unusable in iPad, just keeps syncing.

I have exactly the same on the iphone 6....so cant use evernote and cant synch my last notes from it.

really annoying.

now it has just locked on the screen.

will turn phone on and off that may help!

I can confirm that turning the phone on and off has worked!

when I just opened evernote it did a normal synch and then all is fine.

this does happen often - worth looking into please.
