Level 5 jbenson2 2,146 Posted September 29, 2014 Level 5 Share Posted September 29, 2014 Is Evernote trying to make support disappear? Most of us are aware of Evernote's recent decisions to restrict their Support Department's responsiveness. One issue that bugs me as a Premium user is their use of the no-contrast, almost-invisible, lime-green font which makes the support process difficult for people who have less than perfect 20-20 vision. I realize Evernote's key demographic is younger people with eagle eye-sight, but this lime green color is almost invisible.http://www.evernote.com/l/AAJClsOehStJTLqspzBbtY_gruLuSxdseOc/ And compare the Support request form to the stuff that Evernote considers important (written in bold dark contrasting fonts) Take a look at this easy-to-read screen grab from their home page.http://www.evernote.com/l/AAIhqi1AAiBGeJAA2zAX9puppcT7fZzJzoc/ IPO or Corporate Takeover pending? Evernote consistently uses low contrast text across all of their platforms and communications (web & email).I have been requesting that they use high contrast text for years now.See Evernote Team -- Please Don't Use Low Contrast Text Link to comment
