Sync on Exit

I checked the sync on exit option hoping that might help with the freezing and not responding.

 

Now when I exit, I get the dialog, but it never moves. This is after 15 minutes with nothing else running.

I get that.  If I have to shut down,  I shut down - but I don't use other devices for note editing or entry so it's not a problem.

Thanks. Now that you mention it, not sure what it is trying to sync at this point. I synch with the cloud constantly during the day, so Windows client and cloud should always be in sync.

I found that have a local only folder created the problem for me.

 

If you sync throughout the day, or manually sync, then you can turn off "Synch Changes on Exit" in the options (since everything will be synced before you exit if you manually sync.  I have no idea what it's trying to sync on exit because I usually sync as well, and that should leave everything synced.
