KrisC 0 Posted September 24, 2014 Share Posted September 24, 2014 Hi,I have four people sharing pdfs and documents in one notebook. Suddenly, additions by one user are not visible to the rest of us. Is there a setting that might have changed that would cause this? So frustrating!! Thanks!KC Link to comment

Is that user definitely syncing the changes to the service? If you check the account from the web do you see the changes there? Link to comment

This should create a new uncorrupted connection. If they are having continued issues sharing data to the notebook it may be due to a sync issue in their account.
