One users notes not showing up

No setting changes that I'm aware of but maybe that user's system has stopped syncing.  Is that user definitely syncing the changes to the service?  If you check the account from the web do you see the changes there?

I would suggest re-inviting the user to the shared notebook. This should create a new uncorrupted connection. 

 

If they are having continued issues sharing data to the notebook it may be due to a sync issue in their account. Have them follow these trouble shooting steps: https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#/article/23168822
