What platform?

Evernote uses the Operating System dictionary on Mac OS X and on Apple's iOS, it doesn't maintain its own independent dictionary. I suspect the same may be for Windows (if it has an OS-based dictionary), and likely android too. In this case, it is the OS that lacks Evernote in the dictionary.

This is win 7 - 64 I'm taking about. What you said makes sense.

And as far as Evernote mobile I don't think there's spell check per se, but there is the keyboard's dictionary.
