Mailed notes going to spam

Hi,

 

I often create notes which I then e-mail with other team.members, but they have reported that often times those e-mails go to their spam folder. Is there any way to present that from happening or should I just copy/paste my notes into new e-mails?

My e-mail address is a corporate mail based on gmail and i am woking on a MAC.

Although you are sending emails from your work email address,  I believe they go through Evernote's mail client - which clearly your work spam filter doesn't like.  Copy/ paste into your own email should solve that.  You could also have a chat with your IT people to see whether they could 'white list' Evernote's emails..

Thanks "Gazumped" for the prompt reply. I guess my worry is if people with other e-mail servers also have the same problem so I am never sure if my notes are getting there or not... I guess copy paste it is!
