Shared notebook - keeping numerical order of notes

Hi, 

We are a production team working on a play using a shared note book. 

Each note represents a particular sequence in the play and we have numbered them accordingly. 

However, is there a way to keep them in this order even when people are adding thoughts, images and sounds? I.e can you pin the notes within one note book to keep the numerical order of the notes?

Note sorting order is not global.  If you & I are working from the same notebook, I may have the notes ordered in date modified order & you may have them ordered by title.  There is no way to force notes to be in a particular order for all users, since the user determines the order they want to see the notes sorted.
