simonmason 1
I chose the option to move all of my Cardmunch information into Evernote. Is there an easy way I can use this information to update my Contacts? Thanks. Link to comment
simonmason 1
Thanks, I tried everything but it still crashes. I am not running a beta OS - just the latest Mavericks. I did get a crash report dialog from Evernote (Not the MAC OS crash dialog) so I submitted this with an explanation of what I was doing. Will this suffice? Link to comment
ScottLougheed 1,316
If you are a premium user I still recommend sending a support ticket. Those crash reports are anonymized so Evernote isn't in a position to provide personal help. Link to comment
ScottLougheed 1,316
If the contacts appear in Evernote as special Contact Notes (With the Phone Number field, the image of the business card, Address and so on), select all the contact notes, right click, then select Share>add to contacts Link to comment
simonmason 1
I tried this - Evernote crashes each time I select Share and Add to Contacts. Thanks. Link to comment
ScottLougheed 1,316
Ah ok. Submit a support ticket to Evernote Support to report this bug. You can try some troubleshooting:Deleting the application, and re-installing it would probably be my first instinct. What operating system are you running? If you are running a beta operating system (such as OS X Yosemite), this might be related to that. Link to comment
