how can i access my notes without internet connection

I just bought a ipad and i'm using it in places where there is no wifi and in remote regions. I need to have my notes available (not do the update and synchronization, just read my notes) when there is no internet connection and I realised it's not possible???

is there a way i can just save my notes so that i can access them any time from my ipad without internet?

i know i can connect my ipad to my iphone to get internet by wifi... but most of the time is doesn't work well where i am.

i would really prefer to acces my notes without internet when i need.

if evrnote doesn't do that, which other app does it and can i transfer my notes? (those are notes accumulated over 5 years on my iphone and lap top with evernote... never realised it absolutely needed internet connection...)

On iOS devices (iPhone/iPad) you can access your Notes without an Internet connection provided that you have a Premium account, and you have setup Offline Notebooks on the device.

....and you sync before you go off line and DON'T log out of he app, just x out.
