It seems like no one at Evernote is bothered about resolving this issue for me? You have all the details from me including the activity log as well. This is really sad that a company like yours cannot fix this issue quickly and that it's a fairly common thing from what I can see on the forum. Link to comment

One of the admins should be along later (US Pacific Time) and will chase that up for you. iTunes being a different company, and time zones being what they are, it can take a while for the news to filter through...
