Working via internet with others

Hello everyone:

 

I have an iPad and I would like to use evernote-penultimate to write down formulas and stuuf while I am working via telephone or skype with someone. My question is the following

 

Is there a way where he can see what I am writing in real time? I mean, I would liket to discuss with him via telephone and be writing stuff that we are discussing while he can read what I am writing and commenting on it on real time. Is it possible?
