Will not sync, slow to load, will not load online account

For 24 hours Evernote on my iPad has been extremely slow and will not load attachments with notes.  From a web browser, the site is extremely slow and when I can log in it usually goes to a blank screen or to my account page that contains no notes.  Same for the iPhone as for the iPad.  I've received no reply to my support request.  I am an Evernote Premium subscriber.   These issues are consistent across networks and computers.  I have not exceeded my data allotment for the month.
