I lost a note. How can I recover it?

I had a big note that I was working on. 

 

Then I highlight the text, but I pressed wrong button and the whole text was replaced.

 

The problem is that I couldn't restore the text ctrl+z. I don't know why this happened. It has happened before

for the ctrl+z not to work, but it wasn't on such a big scale.

 

Is there any way that I can restore this note?
