I wonder if there is a way to filter shared notebooks

What do you mean by "filter"? Do you mean "filter notes in shared notebooks"? Or "remove notebooks from consideration"?

By filtering I meant if I can have a button that allows me to see all notes that I shared with someone because sometimes I do not remember which notes are shared and which ones are not

There is a column for that. I don't remember if it is displayed by default...

It's not,  but you can right click (in Windows) and activate it in List view.

In the Windows client, if you click on the "Notebooks" header in the left panel, you'll see a list of notebooks. Notebooks that are shared to you and by you have a special icon in the middle of each entry, with the name of the account that's sharing it as its label. Other Evernote clients may have some similar feature.

Sorry, Stephano, it may be different for you -- I'm running the 5.6.3.4531 beta. I should have said that. But at least the change is in the works, if it sticks.
