tim4841 0 Posted August 18, 2014 Share Posted August 18, 2014 I am running windows 8.1....I have a issue with one of my files I uploaded. I saved it as a .doc file... I needed to download this file so I clicked on it and it changed to a pdf file. Why did it do this? Can I change it back through evernote? Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,656 Posted August 18, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted August 18, 2014 Downloading a file doesn't change the type of file - it's more likely to have appended the wrong file extension when the document was saved. Change the file name from xxxx.pdf to xxx.doc and see whether your system can open it successfully. If that doesn't, work please tell us what OS you're using and exactly what you did when trying to download this file... Link to comment
