I accidentally combine 2 notebooks into a stack. How do I seperate them and put them back to 2 notebooks.

I accidentally combine 2 notebooks into a stack. How do I seperate them and put them back to 2 notebooks.

It's helpful to mention what client you're using when asking for help.

Stacks are simply a group of notebooks. On the Windows client, select the notebook, right click, remove from stack.

Ditto with Mac. Notebooks can be arranged into stacks by dragging the notebook out of the stack or onto another notebook to create a new stack. "Right click" on Mac also has the 'remove from stack' option.
