susans 0 Posted August 11, 2014 Share Posted August 11, 2014 Does anyone know how to save an attachment to a Note without it being opened and displayed on the note? I want to put several files on one note for ease of access to certain pdf files, but having each file I attach opened makes it cumbersome to search through. My expectation is to have a note with several document attachments and when the people I share this with need a particular attachment, they can double click and open the specific attachment they want/need. You can also do this on an individual basis: right click on the attachment in the note, and use the "View as Attachment toggle" Link to comment
