Feature Request - Keep Tag Toggle and View Type in same place

Not a major thing, but in Evernote Windows the Tag Toggle and List drop down are to the left middle in Snippet and Card view, and to the far right in List view.  I would like to add to your list keeping those two items always next to the Notebook drop down in Snippet/Card view.  Two reasons:

1. When I am in list view with a wide monitor there is a lot of real estate to get to the right and not much happening on the way.
2. I just accidentally deleted a note again in snippet view when I hit the trash button thinking (well not really) I was hitting the View drop down.  My bad I know, but sometimes the hand moves before the mind.  It is so much easier when it only has to go to one place.
