Getting rid of incorrect default email addresses

I use Evernote for work meeting notes, on my personal iPad, then email to my work email.  When I first started using Evernote a couple of wrong addresses got in there and now when I start to put in email address the old, wrong ones come up and then I have to type my whole address in in full.  How do I get rid of the old default addresses and make the email address I use most frequently come up when I start typing.
