Can't contact Evernote Support

Recommended Posts

I had a support issue and went to Evernote Support to seek help. I filled out the required details (product, options, briefly describe the subject, explain the problem in as much detail as possible), however when I click 'Submit ticket' all I getting is a spinning green wheel and nothing else happens. This is frustrating as it is the only way I can communicate about any problems (especially as a premium user) - and even this basic thing doesn't work.

I have tried in both Chrome and Safari and both browsers result in the same problem. See attached image.

Please help.

Hi. I've heard scattered reports about this as well. I don't have a solution, though. I'll flag your post for the staff, but please be aware that this is a user forum, and it is the weekend, so it may take a while to receive a response. In the meantime, would you like to let us know the issue and we can try to help out?

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache? https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?hl=en

Hi,

My problem was inadvertently resolved, thankfully. I have cleared my cache on your suggestion, and then sent a test support ticket which appeared to work just fine - it has been some time since I last tried submitting the ticket so I suppose I will never know what caused it now. In any case, crisis averted - thank you!

Great to hear--we're still actively trying to resolve this however--it is an issue that we're able to reproduce.
