Utsukdimag 1
I had a support issue and went to Evernote Support to seek help. I filled out the required details (product, options, briefly describe the subject, explain the problem in as much detail as possible), however when I click 'Submit ticket' all I getting is a spinning green wheel and nothing else happens. This is frustrating as it is the only way I can communicate about any problems (especially as a premium user) - and even this basic thing doesn't work. I have tried in both Chrome and Safari and both browsers result in the same problem. See attached image. Please help. Tanya Link to comment
Level 5* GrumpyMonkey 4,320 Posted August 3, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted August 3, 2014 Hi. I've heard scattered reports about this as well. I don't have a solution, though. I'll flag your post for the staff, but please be aware that this is a user forum, and it is the weekend, so it may take a while to receive a response. In the meantime, would you like to let us know the issue and we can try to help out? Link to comment

Utsukdimag 1
Hi, My problem was inadvertently resolved, thankfully. I have cleared my cache on your suggestion, and then sent a test support ticket which appeared to work just fine - it has been some time since I last tried submitting the ticket so I suppose I will never know what caused it now. In any case, crisis averted - thank you! Link to comment
