"You're Offline," when I am not

Periodically, I get the error message "You're Offline. ..." on my Mac version of Evernote when, in fact, I am NOT offline. I have seen the KB article that says, "just reboot your computer" or "restart Evernote" as two of the suggestions. From a user point of view, this works, but is not satisfying because Evernote does not reopen formerly open cards upon restart (very irritating). This seems like a bug to me.

I agree this is a bug.  Until/IF Evernote fixes it, rather than a restart, you could try toggling your Internet connection off/on to see if that helps.  After turning back on, click the manual sync button.

 

To get Evernote's attention, everyone who is experiencing this bug might want to Submit a BUG report via an EN Support Ticket. Just start the Ticket Title with "BUG:  " to make it clear.
