Evernote takes over my Keyboard

Help! When I'm typing a combination of keys - not entirely sure the full combinantion but it involves I'm - the web clipper takes over my screen! How do I turn this off, or change the keyboard shortcut to something less problematic? Otherwise I might have to change to another clipping tool  (:

Yes this is a bug that we're working on a fix for. In the meantime please visit the Clipper Options page > Keyboard shortcuts and disable them there.

Hi all,

We released a patch to fix this annoying issue. The latest version is 6.2.2 and you should get auto updated if you restart Chrome. Or you can re-install from www.evernote.com/webclipper to force the update.

Hi! I just dl 6.2.2v but I'm still with the same problem:

 

"The Clipper couldn't start on this page. Reload the page and try again. If that doesn't help, contact customer support."

@Suzana - that error happens when you haven't restarted Chrome after installing a new update.

I've started seeing this error message in the last few days. It happens after I have (successfully!) clipped a web page in Chrome then try to close the page tab.

@Kickaha - does Esc get rid of the message?  Does the pop-up prevent you from closing the page?
