Feature: Generate tags from words in the title of a note.

Rationale: Users retype the words from a clipping's title as tags. It's more convenient to have the tags populated by Evernote and then delete the tags you don't want.

Deleting tags from Evernote is difficult, and requires a lot of scrolling, especially when you have several hundred tags.

It would be nice to be able to type something in the title or note body that would be read as a tag, e.g., #next #online, or something like that. This would bring us back to some of the functionality that I miss from 2.2.

I do something like that when I email notes to Evernote.

At the end of the email subject line, I add tbt-Politics

- tbt is shorthand for To be tagged

- Politics is the name of the notebook I want to add it to

Every so often, I run a search in Evernote to find those emailed messages

intitle:tbt* source:mail.smtp updated:week-1

(This will find notes with tbt in the title that were emailed to me in the past couple weeks.)
