Sharing Notes With Colleagues

I would like to share notes with colleagues which, when edited in Evernote, also update on the copy they have and vice versa.

I am aware I can send notes as attachments but wonder if anyone knows of an easier and less time consuming option?

A little more completely: you can share notebooks with other Evernote users. Shared notebooks can be read-only or modifiable. Free users can share at most one modifiable notebook, while premium users can share more than that.
