Jewelzz 0
Hi, My S4 was rooted but I was having issues with it locking up and have since reset to factory specs. Ever since resetting I'm having issues with a few apps, Evernote bing one of them. I'm getting the below error and screenshot when I open the app and/or try to log in. Any assistance resolving this issues is greatly apprecaited. Have a look at Evernote via a desktop if you can - either the Evernote client, or via a browser - are your notes visible there? If your account seems to be OK it may be that your factory reset has caused some problems with the S4. Have you tried support via your carrier, or Samsung? Link to comment
Jewelzz 0
gazumped, I'm able to view my notes from my PC and yes, I reached out to Samsung but they seem to think it's an app issue. I'll have to try Sprint next. Thanks for replying Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 12,035 Posted July 13, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted July 13, 2014 No problem - last guess: Android does weird things with SD card access in recent versions. Make sure your Evernote app is stored in Device storage rather than on the card... Good luck! Link to comment
Jewelzz 0
Not my SD card, I uninstalled Evernote, removed my card, reinstalled and still get that error *sigh* Link to comment
