Why don't evernote reply to questions

Also, be aware that support only work Monday to Friday so if you submit a ticket Friday evening, nobody will see it until Monday morning at the earliest. And you won't get a response until well after that because you and everyone else submitted tickets all weekend.

Which is to say, give it at least a few business days.

If you post your Ticket number, one of the forum moderators here could flag it with Evernote staff for you.

Guys thanks for these notes. I should have been clearer. I have sent two support notes and received automated replies - I've been waiting now for over 10 days.

lets see what transpires this week
