ScottLougheed 1,316 Posted July 12, 2014 Share Posted July 12, 2014 Also, be aware that support only work Monday to Friday so if you submit a ticket Friday evening, nobody will see it until Monday morning at the earliest. And you won't get a response until well after that because you and everyone else submitted tickets all weekend.Which is to say, give it at least a few business days. Link to comment
