Sync problems

Always when i have to try to sync my Everynote i have problem, the software don't sync all my files.

 

Someone can help me?

 

After this the botton "Sync" has marked with "!"

 

I tryed to do https://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/23394137..but nothing happen and send e-mail for support..=\

Hi - does your Asus tablet run Windows?  I'd suggest you raise a support ticket (see below) and start a new thread with full details of the problems you're having.

Hi.  That's a lot of log.  Just to summarise it - how many notes should you have,  and how many are actually being synced?

sup guys...o received awnser about my ticket...and the solution:

 

Download this version:

http://cdn1.evernote.com/win5/prerelease/Evernote_5.5.2.4057.exe.

 

and fallow this steps

To uninstall and reinstall the Beta version of Evernote for Windows, follow these steps:

1. Quit the Evernote application; select File > Exit
2. Click the Start button to open your Start menu
3. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features
4. Select Evernote > Uninstall
5. Reboot your computer
6. Close Internet Explorer and Outlook (if present)
