paicey 0
Hi, I have recently started using Evernote at work and find it to be a fantastic tool. The checklist feature works well within notes and notebook but I was wondering if there is an easy way to get all checkboxes from each note/notebook into a single 'to-do' list? The list would be its own note and contain just checklist items. If I need to move them manually that's fine, but wanted to check whether I can do it utilising any tools or functionality within Evernote first. Thanks in advance Link to comment

Level 5* Metrodon 2,162 Posted July 11, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted July 11, 2014 You can search for notes that contain Todos todo:[true|false|*] - if the argument is "true", this will match notes that have ToDo checkboxes that are currently checked. If the argument is "false", this will match notes that have ToDo checkboxes that are not currently checked. If the argument is "*", this will match notes that have a ToDo checkbox of any type.-todo:false todo:trueMatches notes that have completed ToDo items, but no uncompleted items. Link to comment

That's the next best thing, but you cannot get them listed in 1 single note. Link to comment
