Create note templates / layouts?

Is this possible? 

 

I have a workout log, on which I use a template for the logging. Is it possible to make this the standard note template in my selected notebook?

The only way to do what you want is to create copies of the Note that holds your Template.  You can store the copies in any Notebook you wish and use them as you need.

 

There is not a way to make a "Template" in Evernote as you can in, let's say, Word.  So, making copies is the best way to do this at this point.
