Pin a Note to the Windows 8 Taskbar

Sorry if this has been done to death - perhaps I'm using the wrong search question - but is there a way to pin an individual note to my taskbar? 

 

I'd like to have a To Do list readily accessible without several clicks to get to it in EN

The title is about synching but dlu's comment is about external links for notes.

Not sure if the OP's original request is feasible - getting to a 'to do' list suggests that editing of that list will be the next step,  and editing notes isn't possible without Evernote being open in a browser window or on the desktop.  It's possible to Copy Note Link to open the note,  but it may be easier and quicker to open Evernote desktop (or web) and use a saved search or shortcut in Evernote to jump to that note.
