Shiraz Mistry 3
Hi all, I have been spending some time on creating a note with the intension of exporting this to my Wordpress account. Have you heard if this possible? If so, please let me know the steps you followed. Does it sound like too much work? Link to comment
Wordsgood 526
Hi Shiraz,Earlier this year Reinard Korf, a forum member here, developed a WordPress plug-in called Sentinote to accomplish what your looking for. Several weeks ago he announced that he was unable to devote all his time to it anymore (due to a new job) and released it for free. I've included the link to his thread below and the last couple posts do indicate there are a few small bugs with it's current incarnation (2.0), but as far as I can tell, it's still workable. Go have a peek and see if it might work for you.Cheers! :-)https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/53149-sentinote-an-evernote-plugin-for-wordpress/Hi all,I have been spending some time on creating a note with the intension of exporting this to my Wordpress account.Have you heard if this possible? Also, a BIG thanks to the developer Rheinard Korf. I would like to see someone else take over this development as I can see a need for this project. Edit: I see this will only work for your own sites and not Wordpress.com sites as indicated in the Documentation. Wow! Makes sense to read the manual hey. lol. http://sentinote.com/documentation/ Requirements: Sentinote will only work with hosted WordPress websites (i.e. not WordPress.com sites). All good. Its nice to see someone trying something different and helping others. Link to comment
b133 11
Hi there If anyone is interested, i created a service that does the same for Wordpress.com and self hosted Wordpress. I have the site up over at http://blogwith.co/ A few things to share with you all on this early version. 1. the service works with wordpress.com and self hosted wordpress currently. However for the self hosted wordpress to work. You would need to have Jetpack install - Json Api as your plugin http://jetpack.me/support/json-api/ 2. Currently only text is supported. So if you have an image in your Evernote it will not work. *How it works* When your finished the signup, a new notebook will appear in your evernote. Titled "BlogwithPublish" Any note written in the notebook will be sync to wordpress. This is great from live blogging. If you are writing a long post. If you write it in another notebook and when you are done, you can drag it into the "BlogwithPublish" and it will be published Link to comment
