use skitch with evernote

Dhimant

Idea

Hi all,

I am new to EN & to mac. I am using it from last 3-4 weeks and so far very happy with its features and overall product.

I read one post regarding using skitch with evernote and understood that you must require premium features for that for Mac. I wanna know, can't we save EN files to a location and open it in skitch? Is this possible?

Thanks,

Dhimant

Hi Dhimant.

You don't need to be a premium user for using skitch. Premium allows mostly to get higher sync quotes and pdf scanning of text, but you can use all of evernote products without being premium.

Did you had a workflow or process in skitch that might use lots of data?

Hi Mariano,

Thanks for the reply. What exactly I am asking is : I want to use skitch with EN. It means, I want to make some note (text, image etc.) and I want to use skitch on this note. Can you tell me how to do this with EN? Thanks,

Hi Mariano,

I guess you still didnt get my question. I have clearly mentioned, what I want to do. I am writing one more time with proper steps:

1) Open evernote and create a new note (e.g. testNote)
2) write some text, insert some image etc.
3) try to do skitch on this note (testNote)

Do we have any way to do skitch on 'testNote', which I created on EverNote. As of now, I couldnt figure it out. If it is then please let me know.

Thanks,

If I understand you correctly you want to be able to 'skitch' a note that is made up of text and an image.

This isn't currently supported.

You could convert the note to PDF and Skitch the PDF.

1) Open evernote and create a new note (e.g. testNote)

2) write some text, insert some image etc.
3) try to do skitch on this note (testNote)

One thing you can do, after adding your text and images, is click on the Annotate button and select 'Annotate Entire Note as PDF'.
