New Business Card Update Question

In the new Business Card update one can email their contact info directly from the capture of the card.  Can I change my email address at random to reflect my business email or private email.  Secondly what information is sent to the new client and can I edit that information?

I don't believe that's possible - not 'at random' anyway.  You can change your account address which will change the source address.  If you scan one of your own cards (or amend some spare details to include you own email address) you can send yourself an email to see what is output. Evernote AFAIK has no pretensions to be a CRM so you're likely to find the content fairly basic.  You can send emails initially to your own account and then forward them further after suitable editing...
