Didn't receive reward points

I posted at the end of an old thread, but didn't see any reply. I guess it's because the thread is in the "product" forum under a heading that start with "[Web]", hinting it's specific to the web client, while my question is not. So I'm opening a new thread with the hope to get more attention. Sorry for the double post.


Here's the problem: I didn't receive any point for the two referrals (first ever) I made, both of which signed up from the link I sent them, and they didn't get any the complimentary free premium (for a month) either. I sent in a support ticket on June 1 (almost a week ago), got an automated reply saying my support ticket had been received, but haven't heard from them since. Anything else I can do here? Thanks.
