brightsunshine 0
can someone tell me if there is any limit on number of users that can be added in evernote business ? What happens if you will share a notebook to a non-business or premium user and the upload is beyond the shared users limit? Does it count on the original users Data upload? Does it require that the invited user/shared user will have a premium or business account as well? Link to comment
C6REW 416
Hi again! I am not aware of a limit of business users. How many did you have in mind? Each business user has an upload limit per month. Each free or premium user has an upload limit. Once any of those are maxed out for the month they will have to wait until the following month to upload more. Or in the case of a free account they could buy a month's worth of premium. A user uploads from their own limit. I believe that you can invite anyone to a business account. But unless they are also a business user they won't get the benefits of the business account. Regards Chris Link to comment
Level 5* phils 220 Posted June 6, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted June 6, 2014 As Chris said, you can invite a non-Business user to share a Business notebook. One oddity/bug is that if you share it with them and give them modify privileges, the email they receive incorrectly says "Joe has shared a read-only notebook with you" even though it's not read-only for them. Here's a list of limits for reference:http://evernote.com/contact/support/kb/#!/article/23283158 Link to comment
