Inserting a line at start of note causes title to change

I have EN 5.4.0 with Win7.

 

I open an old note and insert a new first line - pushing down the existing text.

 

The title changes to match the new first line.

 

If I press Ctrl-Z, the text within the note immediately reverts to the previous text. But it might take a minute for the title to revert.

 

Is the change of title a bug or a feature?

That's a known 'feature' - the first line of the note will be reflected in the title,  unless you change the title manually.  Best work-around - don't change the first line!
