My preference is submit suggestions to directly to Evernote's "General Feedback & Comments" database located at Evernote Support.http://evernote.com/contact/support/ That will ensure that someone from Evernote reads your comment and it becomes part of Evernote's internal database. Generally, you will receive a polite thank you. Occasionally they will ask for additional information to clarify your suggestion. There is no guarantee that posting a suggestion on this forum will be read by an Evernote employee. Link to comment

Level 5 jbenson2 2,149 Posted May 21, 2014 Level 5 Share Posted May 21, 2014 It's not a matter of believing an individual post. As I indicated it is my preference to use Evernote's General Feedback & Comments vehicle vs a 3rd-party user forum. The response I have received from Evernote Support is generally more positive, polite and insightful. Link to comment
Level 5* jefito 5,598 Posted May 21, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted May 21, 2014 Had you not said what I quoted ("there is no guarantee..."), I wouldn't have bothered to dig out the quote, one of many such statements made by Evernote employees. Evernote PMs are certainly capable of adding items to the bug/feature list. None of what I wrote says anything about the quality of replies you might receive (some might disagree with your assessment / experience, probably depends on the problem, but see https://discussion.evernote.com/topic/59206-cannot-connect-to-evernote-windows-after-54-update/?p=278395 and ensuing posts), or that it's not valid to use the support center as a feature request mechanism.
