Webclipper doesn't login

I have installed webclipper in my Safari browser on a Windows 7 desktop PC.

The first time when you clip an article, webclipper ask for your login name and password.

But in my case webclipper ask nothing, so nothing is clipped.

I have re-installed webclipper, but that didn't work.

Hope you have some ideas what can be wrong.
