Changing Devices; Can't access previous infor

Hello, my phone died and I purchased a new one.

Downloaded Evernote, couldn't remember password, reset it and now getting partial Evernote info only.

 

Need to know how to access files.

You see some but not all of your data, or do you see none of your data?

 

Is it possible that you have accidentally created a separate Evernote account (happen rather often)?

 

When you lot into the web interface at www.evernote.com, do you see all of your data?

 

It can also take time for all of the headers for all of your data to get downloaded, especially if you have a large database, but it shouldn't be more than a few minutes or up to a couple hours.
