Feature Request: Freedom to write anywhere on a note

I love Evernote. It's my go to for everything, The only thing that I wish it could do is allow you to enter anything anywhere on the page sort of like OneNote does.

 

This is the only thing I like about OneNote better than Evernote.

 

Also being able to record video into a note would be pretty awesome as well.
