(Archived) Scan and Photo naming format

I use a consistent naming format for all my scanned items, photos and receipts. This format helps when I want to search for a group of notes that meet a specific criteria.

File Name Format:

yyyy mm dd country state city topic people sequential #

File Name Example:

2009 08 06 USA MA Boston Farmers Market corn JLB DLB 1054

I use the intitle search

Example:

intitle: Boston intitle:corn
