Notebook pane: Make it quicker to jump to a preferred folder

In the left-side Notebooks pane, it would be great to jump to the first folder named with a letter I press. So if I press 'h' on my keyboard the first 'h' folder gets highlighted by the highlight bar. Similar to how it works in Windows Explorer.

Workaround:

Click on the "Notebooks header". The notebook panel opens. You should be in the "Find a notebook" control. Start typing; your notebook list will filter based on what you type (it does infix matching, so beware of that). When you stop your notebook, double-click on it.
