Import of Existing Notes from Palm Pilot Z22

Is it possible import existing notes from the palm pilot platform into evernote? I have a client who is looking to move from Palm Pilot to a smartphone but needs to keep the 100s of notes that he has wi th Palm. Any ideas?

There are a few threads on migrating from Palm Desktop, if the user syncs to that.  (I don't know if that model sync'd to that software, since I only used E2s, TXs & another model that I forget Zire.)  Please use the search function for "Palm desktop" for more information.
