signing on

Looking for help. Just downloaded Evernote and it won't let me sign on the desktop version; says can't connect to server. I am able to sign on on my Android phone so know user name and password correct. I am on line so that is not issue. any suggestions since there is no support from Evernote.

Have you actually submitted a Support Ticket?

Also, did you download your Windows App directly from Evernote's site and not a 3rd party location like Google Play or iTunes, etc.?

There's currently maintenance going on with the servers, different users are affected at different times. I'm currently unable to connect, but other users are getting their maintenance tomorrow. 

 

Could be that because you are new, you didn't get the email sent out a few days ago, but by random chance your account may be on the "thursday" servers. I think maintenance wraps up at 5pm Pacific time.

Thanks. I did download directly from Evernote site and have submitted ticket. Not heard yet. Now aware of maintenance so hoping it will work later or tomorrow.
