EN show Provinces instead of Cities

Italy's not a federation of states, so it's made of

 

Stato --> Country (ok, it's italy)

Regioni --> EN calls it "State": it's not right but is comprehensible

Province  --> EN calls it "City": no, it's not comprehensible; see explanation below 

Città  (City in English) --> it's not shown in EN for Windows

 

A "Provincia" is made of many cities (for example, Province of Milan has 134 cities inside, Province of Turin 315 !)

So, if in EN I see the name of the Province instead of the name of the City, it becomes rather useless.

No problems on EN for Android
