jacquelinema 0 Posted April 20, 2014 Share Posted April 20, 2014 Hi Everyone, I am having a lot of troubles trying to hear some of my recordings I have for my class lectures. I have in total 11 lectures of recording, the first 5 recordings I was able to listen to them. After that, I tried listening to the rest of my lectures I recorded and I cannot hear a single audio from anyone of them! I used my laptop (Windows) to record them, and the audio files are in wav, format. Does anyone have solutions? I really need the rest of the audio files asap! Thanks! Link to comment
Level 5* gazumped 11,652 Posted April 21, 2014 Level 5* Share Posted April 21, 2014 You should be able to copy the WAV files out of notes and on to the desktop. Try opening them with another sound editor such as Audacity (free and open-source) to see if they will play. I'd also open a support ticket (see below) - the team work US Pacific Time and not on bank holidays so you'll only get an automatic acknowledgement for the next day or two. Link to comment
